Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Andrew Walton ("we", "us"), who run MYOBLDR. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use MYOBLDR. MYOBLDR is offered in the United States. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Using the app
MYOBLDR is for logging and reviewing your own training. Please do not:
- break the law with it, or use it to harm anyone;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or into our systems;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- upload anything you do not have the right to, or anything illegal or abusive.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
This is not medical advice
MYOBLDR is a training log. It records what you do and shows it back to you; it is not a coach, a doctor or a physical therapist, and nothing in it is medical or health advice. Exercise, and weight training especially, carries a risk of injury. Check with a medical professional before starting a new program, and train within your limits. You train at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Logging training in MYOBLDR needs a subscription, called MYOBLDR Pro, billed monthly or yearly. Before you buy, the app shows you the price, what it includes, and how often it renews.
- Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial, currently one month. You choose a plan when you start it, and when the trial ends that plan begins and you are charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A free trial is offered once per App Store or Google Play account.
- Payment. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, through your account there, when you confirm the purchase, or when your free trial ends.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it.
- Cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and the app's Settings > Subscription shows you how. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the trial or the period you have paid for.
- Offer codes. We may offer codes for a free or discounted period. They are redeemed through the App Store or Google Play and follow that store's rules.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue them ourselves.
- When a subscription ends. You can still sign in, see everything you logged, restore or manage a purchase, and delete your account. We do not delete your data because a subscription ended.
If we change a subscription's price, the store will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
Your content
What you log and the photos you add are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You give us permission to store, copy and display them only as needed to run the app for you, for example to keep them in step across your devices.
The app itself, including its design, its exercise catalog and presets, its muscle map drawings and the MYOBLDR name and logo, belongs to us.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting it permanently removes your account and everything stored with it, as our Privacy Policy describes. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
No warranty
We work hard to keep MYOBLDR running well and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
What we are liable for
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury from training, and our total liability to you for anything to do with the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Arkansas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Apple
If you got the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
