Delete your account

You can delete your MYOBLDR account, and everything stored with it, at any time.

In the app

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, confirm it is you with your password (or, if you signed up with Google or Apple, by signing in with it again), and type DELETE.

Without the app

Email support@myobldr.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, everything you logged, and every photo stored in our cloud are deleted straight away. Copies in our providers' short-term backups and logs expire on their own schedule. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is kept and for how long.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
